Meet Alexis
Hand off the follow-ups.
Meet your digital colleague.
Get the reading, research and follow-up off your desk and your time back. Alexis Oppenheimer is the governed digital worker I built and run every day. She works in Microsoft Teams and Planner like any teammate and drafts the work. Nothing goes out without a human yes, so you always know who said what.

Where she works
In the tools your team
already lives in.
You talk to her like a colleague
Message her in Teams and she answers in plain language. She posts research, briefings and decision memos where your team will see them, and when something needs your approval she asks: “Say yes to go ahead, or tell me what to change.”
Assign her a task, get work back
Put a task in Planner and add the details or a link in the notes. She picks it up, does the research, attaches the finished report to the task, and hands it back to you. The task stays open, so you review it and move it to the next person.
Her own inbox, under your approval
She sorts incoming mail, summarizes it and drafts replies. Drafts wait for you. She can add a new contact once you approve it. She never edits or deletes one.
A hand-off, start to finish
What a Planner task looks like.
You assign it
“Analyze this page and tell me where we stand.” You add the link and any context to the task notes and assign it to Alexis.
She reads and researches
This is the kind of work she does on her own. She gathers sources and keeps track of where every fact came from.
She drafts the report and shows you first
A Word report, with sources. Anything she could not confirm is marked [VERIFY] instead of being passed off as fact. She tells you in Teams that it is ready.
You say yes
A plain “yes” approves exactly what she just showed you. Nothing is saved or changed before that.
Saved, attached, handed back
The report is saved as a draft in OneDrive and linked on the task. The task is handed back to you, still open, so a person decides what happens next.
What she does
One digital worker.
Many everyday jobs.
Research with sources
Looks things up, reads pages and reports back with where each fact came from.
Reports and briefings
Turns research into a Word document you can edit, saved as a draft for your review.
Inbox triage and drafts
Sorts mail, flags what matters and drafts replies in your voice for approval.
Task follow-through
Works through Planner tasks and keeps them moving, then hands each one back for review.
Your business library
Answers from your own documents and notes, so what she says is grounded in your business.
Contacts and outreach
Proposes new contacts and drafts outreach. Anything sent to people outside waits for approval.
Marketing and LinkedIn drafts
Drafts posts and campaign copy for review. Nothing is published on its own.
Website reviews
Audits a web page and reports what to fix, in plain language.
Graphics and visuals
Drafts simple graphics and visuals to go with a report or post.
Honest about her limits
She tells you what she does
not know.
Asked for an opinion on a plan she had not been given, Alexis said so plainly: she could not give an honest opinion on a document she had not seen, and told us what she needed. Facts she cannot confirm are flagged for checking. A digital worker you can trust is one that says when it is unsure.
